Just to clarify this is the lot (Tax ID 165.66-2-66) is on the corner of
South Franklin and Cobb Alley, nothing has changed on this lot since original
variance application was approved. The only changes were to the 3 lots on
Cobb Alley because the City of Saratoga Springs wanted to realign some things
for water and sewer connections, this accommodation was mutually agreed upon,
was made and the extensions have been granted on the three Cobb Alley lots.
The last question on page 2 states:
"When requesting an extension of time for an existing variance, the applicant
must prove that the circumstances upon which the original variance was
granted has not changed. Specifically demonstrate there have been no
significant changes on the site, in the neighborhood, or within the
circumstances upon which the original variance was granted" :
1. This was an area relief variance issued by ZBA, we have not requested any
changes to original variance that was granted, therefore this is proof there
is not change. We are requesting extension because of lost construction
year due COVID -19 pandemic
2. The questions specifically states " . . .no significant changes. . . " I
don 't think the question or my response implies anything, I simply answered
the specific question honestly and to the best of my knowledge.
I feel like this is a trick question on a test and I am getting a second

chance. . . LOL. I am not really sure what you are looking for am I
missing something? I drove around neighborhood, nothing stands out to me.
What would be considered by you as "insignificant changes"? There were
buildings on site, we received demolition permits and demolished buildings
but that is already of record. Is that what you are looking for?
I hope this clarifies the alleged implication.

area variance (Tax ID 165.66-2-66) . On page 2, you outlined no "significant"
changes, which implies there might be insignificant changes. Also, in your
previous email, you mentioned no changes since the last approved variance
extension. Have there been changes since the original variance application
was approved?
Please provide any information regarding potential changes, if any. If there
are no changes, outline that there have been no changes since the original
Variance approved in April 2018 (See attachment for original area variance
approval details)

In response to below, I refer you to attached. As you will see we
previously submitted extension for Tax ID: 165.66-2-64 and it was approved
without issue. We provided the same information on extension request for
Tax ID: 165.66-2-65 with same description and nothing has changed since
extension of 16-66-2-64 to now.
