Dear Board Members,
As the resident neighbor and property owner of 437 Crescent Ave, the property immediately
adjoining the eastern boundary of the DePaoli property (431 Crescent Ave) I am aware of the
new addition they are considering to improve the home and property. I have seen the site plan
overlay and conceptual sketches for the addition (ref. Preliminary Site Layout Drawing #1,
2/18/21). I am aware that the new addition will extend beyond the 30' setback requirement and
within approximately 6' of our shared property line. In full consideration of these matters I wholly
support the project as presented to the Board.
