AND 6 I VAN DORN SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866 Involving the premises with tax parcel # I 65.34- I -7 and I 65.34- I -9, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for preliminary subdivision plat review of a four-lot residential subdivision within the Urban Residential — I District with the Planning Board who met on February 25, 202 I and made the following decision(s) with a 7-0 vote (In favor: Torpey, Boivin, Horton, Fabozzi, Bonitatibus, Mayo, Doty): In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified this request as an Unlisted Action. C� Issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on April 30, 2020 C� Issued preliminary subdivision plat approval of a four-lot residential subdivision as perthe requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations with the following conditions: • Water and sewer easements to be shown on final plat. • Lighting plan to be provided with final plat submission. • Investigate whether blasting will be needed for new construction. • Maple trees in ROW along Seward St. to be removed per City Arborist — installation of new street trees along Seward to be to satisfaction of City Arborist. • Trees shown on private property to be relocated to ROW on Van Dorn. • Sidewalk and curbing to be installed along Seward St. frontage and sidewalk to be installed along Van Dorn. • Add easement for turnaround at the end of the road on lot 4 on final plat. • Use variance for the day care center shall be extinguished with implementation of final subdivision approval. This approval shall expire one ( I ) year from the date of approval if final plat approval has not been granted as set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations Article II.
