PUBLIC HEARING ADVERTISEM�NT
The Zaning Board of Appeals is required to hold a public hearing on each submitted applkatian within ninety (90)
days fram when it is det�rmin�d to be properly comp1ete by City staff.
City staff wiil prepar� a legal na#ice for the public hearing and arrange to have the public hearing
announcement printed in the legal natice seetion o# a Yocal publication at least 5 days before the hearing.
