APP.#20210062 MARION AVE. - MAPLE DELL PUD I am against the PUD as presented. Some of the reasons are herein listed: 1. Do we really want to develop one area on the shores of Loughberry Lake? Our main source of potable water to the city. 2. For the fourth time the vacant lot on the corner of Maple Dell and Marion Avenue is included in this PUD although the applicant does not own the property. Why? As late as 2016 the City denied the application to change the zoning.
