We have determined by plan measurement and preliminary design calculation that the site has sufficient area to construct a 4 bedroom "Eljen" type sewage disposal system in the front lawn "Area Reserved for Sewage System" on the plot plan. This is the same area on the property that was tested and reported in memo of 8/28/19. My memo of 8/28/19 is hereby amended by the information contained in this email response. Sincerely, Kevin L. I have been in all day meetings for the past two days and am just catching up now. I just spoke with the Chair of the Board and he has concerns that the perc test results are not enough to satisfy the questions on the septic. Their main concern is that the lot is large enough to be able to install a septic system and not impact neighboring properties. Can you please provide (a simple email addendum from your engineer would suffice) confirmation that the lot size and house layout can accommodate that? Thanks and have a nice weekend, Amanda
