My objection go back to 2016 when the neighborhood voiced their objection to a use variance change which the Zoning Board at the time denied appellant's request see Zoning Board Meeting minutes Sept. 26, 2016. As far as the rest of PUD for this area is indirect opposite to what the City's 2015 Comprehensive Plan allows for this area. am sure the board members will be reviewing the City's Com- prehensive Plan before they finalized their advisory opinion to the City Common Council.
