To whom it may concern : We have owned the property at 22 York Ave since 2006. With respect to the LaTerra's request for a variance for front and rear porches we have no objections. Also included is a variance request for placement of the shed that is currently on their property. We have no issues with the current placement of the shed or any other placement of the shed that remains within the current fencing that separates the two properties. We were recently informed by Ms. LaTerra that her recent survey showed the boundary of her property extended beyond the existing fencing and requested that we move our shed to be outside of that boundary. Currently, we are in the process of seeking advice from an attorney regarding our rights in this situation . Our intention is not to argue our rights in this forum but to inform the board of all the facts and circumstances. Therefore, at this time, since the boundary between our property is in question, we must object to the approval of the variance request for the LaTerra's shed beyond its current placement.
