Location: SE corner of intersection of NYS Route 9 (South Broadway) and Crescent Avenue (CR# 22) 178.-2-22 Office Medical Business District (OMB2) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on February 11, 2021. Reviewed by staff and two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board on February 25, 2021 Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) between the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-noted referral for Site Plan Review has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence of two Board members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts. In reviewing the potential for any adverse impacts this increase in development may result in, we note none of substance as the vegetated buffer to the south of the site is not materially infringed upon, in regard to green space within the area designated for site parking the green space of 19%exceeds the 10%requirement, the site has no existing wetlands to be considered regarding impact, site permeability is at 41%, meeting the minimum requirement of 30%, and no new curb cut permits to either road are proposed or required.
