Neighborhood Center District. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 17, the Planning Board classified this request as an Unlisted action, assumed lead agency status, and issued a SEQR negative declaration on October 4, 2018. And, in accordance with objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance, chapter 40, article 7. "Site Plan review'', the Planning Board issues the following decision on January 10, 201 (passed -o-in favor: Torpey, Totino, Casey, Horton, Bristol, Fabozii. 0 Approve with the following conditions: 1 . Lighting shields shall be installed can fixtures on northern property boundary to prevent lighting spillover. . ADA compliant pedestrian connection shall be constructed to the West Ave frontage sidewalk. . . One additional streetlight shall be installed along the street frontage. The applicant is required to: I . Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City per article 7.2. 15 of the City of Saratoga Springs honing Ordinance. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Roard Chair. . Provide recreation fees of $2,000 for each neve residential unit in accordance with 7.2. 18 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. . Submit one 1 myiar and two paper copies, of the final approved site plans for signature by the Planning Board Chair within eighteen ( 18) months of approval as per Article 7.2. 12 of the Zoning ordinance.
