Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact
Comment: The Board noted that the variances proposed for construction/renovation of an existing
single-story building pose no impact to the character of the surrounding neighborhood or district. We
note no concerns with access to and from the site or with internal circulation as presented by the site plan.
We would consider presenting the plan’s Lawrence Street driveway for review and permitting through the
city’s responsible party for a determination that the width and radii are suitable for access and turn
movements for a commercial delivery truck (with consideration for parked vehicles on Lawrence Street).
