Please note that a "certificate of mailing" is not the same as "certified mail". • The Planning Office has placed the legal ad in the Daily Gazette and/or Saratoga Today. These fees are paid by you as part of the application fee. The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before the Board or the Board will not hear the application.
