Please find list attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner address listed. Envelopes should include City of Saratoga Springs mailing address for the return address. Only city provided notice shall be sent, no additional or self produced materials shall be included. • Proof of mailing (a "certificate of mailing") from the Post Office must be obtained at the time of mailing and provided to the Planning Office prior to the hearing. Please note that a "certificate of mailing" is not the same as "certified mail". • The Planning Office has placed the legal ad in the Daily Gazette and/or Saratoga Today. These fees are paid by you as part of the application fee. The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before the Board or the Board will not hear the application.
