Amanda, Congratulations on filling in for Brad. Good Luck! I left you a voicemail yesterday regarding the mechanical equipment screening on the roof. You sent a copy of the DRC resolution indicating that the owner would come back for fina on any screening. There was never screening proposed because the building parapets and location of any mechanical units eliminates or limits the exposure of any rooftop mechanic equipment. I have attached photographs that I just took from Grand Avenue,West Avenue,St Raymond's Ct.,and St Rose's Ct.that show the roof line with minimal mechanical unit Would it be possible for the board to review this issue either as an administrative action or through small committee since we have little to present to the board regarding a screenin Thanks for your help and attention to this project.
