Brief Description of Proposed Action:
The Applicant is a group of neighbors along Marion Ave and Maple Dell who are seeking a zoning amendment for the establishment of a Planned Unit
Development(PUD)consisting of 9.9 acres of parceled land. The Applicant is seeking to establish three distinct districts within the PUD that will permit
varying uses related to where the parcels lie geographically and the associated travel corridor.
