I am submitting this letter in support of the proposed project for 85 Beekman Street Ave,
currently under review by the Zoning Board and DRC.
I reside at 153 Grand Ave, Saratoga Springs, and have reviewed the proposed ZBA and DRC
drawings. The proposed garage design is visually appealing, and looks good from a mass and
scale perspective. The requested coverage variance and side setback reduction, are minor
requests to make the project work with minimal driveway site coverage required. I am in favor
of seeing this project move forward as proposed.
