Saratoga Springs Zoning and Design Review Boards:
I am submitting this letter in support of the proposed project for 85 Beekman Street Ave,
currently under review by the Zoning Board and DRC.
I reside at 23 Beekman Street and own a second two family home at 25 Beekman Street. I
have reviewed the proposed ZBA and DRC drawings. The proposed garage design is visually
appealing, and looks good from a mass and scale perspective. The requested coverage
variance and side setback reduction are minor requests to make the project work with minimal
driveway site coverage required. I am in favor of seeing this project move forward as
proposed.
