Hello Jennifer,
I'm the owner of 73 Beekman St. I'm reaching out because I was just made aware of the zoning meeting
tonight. I did not receive prior correspondence. I know the info on your website says I'm supposed to have
emailed you before noon but again, I was just made aware. I registered for the zoom meeting but there's a
strong chance I won't be able to attend due to a work conflict I can't get out of.
The purpose of my email is to voice an inquiry and concern as to the water drainage of this prospecfive project.
My basement already has water issues (I have even had work done by Adirondack Basement to try and solve
this). With water that flows from the North/85 Beekman St down to my property, please understand my
inquiry and concern given this property sits on the drainage plane 85 Beekman.
I would be very happy to further discuss this project with the individuals involved and gain an understanding of
the need for a large "garage type" structure and the overall efFect to the street.
