I am submitting this letter in support of the proposed project for 85 Beekman Street Ave,currently under review
by the Zoning Board.
The application as proposed reflects a positive design impact for the neighborhood, and the requested accessory
coverage area is in keeping with other existing accessory structures on adjacent sites, as well as,throughout the
neighborhood.The side setback reduction requested by the applicant will impact the 142 Grand Avenue
property, where the Phinney Design offices are located to the greatest extent, and as the adjacent neighbor to
the North, and an owner of the building at 142 Grand Avenue, I am in support of the projectasprmposed.
