NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the special use permit application #20190187 of:
Tait Lane Reserve
Allen Drive and Tait Lane
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.-2-7, 165.-2-6, 165.-2-4. 12, in the City of Saratoga
Springs, on an application for approval extension of a permanent special use permit for a total of 202
affordable housing units, up to 600 sq. ft. office use and 4,400 sq. ft. residential recreational facility
(clubhouse) within a Transect — 4 Urban Neighborhood (T-4) District with the Planning Board who
met on December 10, 2020 and made the following decision(s) with a 7-0 vote (In favor: Torpey,
Totino, Fabozzi, Horton, Bonitatibus, Mayo, Doty):
• Issued an 18 month approval extension for permanent special use permit. This is the first
extension approved and shall expire July 8, 2022
• All conditions of the original approval, granted on June 20, 2019 remain in effect.
Unless further extended by the Planning Board, this approval shall expire if the applicant fails to
comply with any required conditions and start actual construction, or otherwise implement this
approval within 18 months from this date.
