This is the first extension approved and shall expire July 8, 2022 • All conditions of the original approval, granted on June 20, 2019 remain in effect. Unless further extended by the Planning Board, this approval shall expire if the applicant fails to comply with any required conditions and start actual construction, or otherwise implement this approval within 18 months from this date.
