Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not differ
from the original application and approval, and that there have been no changes in the condition of the property
or neighborhood warranting otherwise, the Board moves that the application of Mary Beth Delarm for the
property located at 96 Quevic Drive in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcel 190.8-5-5, that
was granted on July 9, 2019 for the demolition of an existing one-story garage and construction of a two-story
addition to a single-family residence in the UR-1 District, be approved and that the variance approval be
extended 18 months from the date that such resolution would have expired, April 11 , 2021 , based on a modified
expiration date of January 9, 2021 per Executive Order, with the new expiration date to be October 11 , 2022.
The variance shall expire on October 11 , 2022 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual
construction begun as per the Zoning Ordinance or otherwise further extended.

This variance extension shall expire 18 months from the modified expiration date listed above unless the
necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per 240-8.5. 1 .
I hereby certify the above to be a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the City of Saratoga Springs on the date above mentioned, seven members of the Board being
present.
