Dear Sirs and Madams of the Planning Board:
Please find enclosed a resubmitted application for a minor subdivision located at the address
referenced above. An application was previously submitted on August 19,2019 and
subsequentlp unanimouslp approved by tl-iis Board at a meeting dated October 17, 2019.
Having been faced with a number of unfortunate circumstances since the meeting, the
deadline to comply with the conditions in the Notice of Decision were not met within the
time period and a new application is necessary.
In die Notice of Decision dated November 1$,2019, the approval was issued with conditions
that have been met, including: reference on the final plan of the Board's conservation area,
wit11 green signs placed every 50 ft. demarcating the conservation area;language in d�e
conservation easement preserving the stone wall and significant trees on Lot 2;and removal of
all canstruction debris on Lot 1 "�ast.Area".
Aside from meeting the requirements under the Notice of Decision, no other circumstances
have changed from the origYnal submission. I�is respectfully requested that all documents
submitted widi tl�c ori�inal application be accepted in conjunction with the new�pplication
and the revised final plat submitted electronically and hand-delivered on October 20, 2020.
