I 65.72-I-25.I in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan modification for a previously approved project in the Transect—5 District; specifically, for proposed landscaping changes per"narrative description of proposed landscape plan modifications at I I 6 West Ave." dated August 2020 and revised landscape and lighting plan sheet signed and stamped by Nicholas Costa, P.E., and dated 09.0 I.20. The Planning Board issues the following decision on October 8, 2020 (passed 7-0-in favor: Torpey, Totino, Horton, Fabozzi, Boivin, Bonitatibus, Mayo): Moved to approve the final site plan modification as described in addendum no. 3 dated July 8, 20 I 9 per the requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance Article 7.2—Site Plan Review with the following conditions: • The applicant shall provide the same number of trees per the original approval to be relocated on neighboring property to the rear to maintain a vegetative buffer between the mixed-use and the residential use. • The applicant shall obtain consent by the neighbor and provide verification to the City prior to installation. • The applicant shall replace designated trees under balconies with an alternate, lower species to be reviewed by City Arborist. • The applicant shall provide a revised landscaping plan including the above revisions for review and approval by the Chair. • All conditions of original site plan approval of the November I 6, 20 I 7 approval shall remain in effect.
