Looking to seek an extension due to the loss of construction season due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. NYS Contractrs could only work
on projects deemed essential; residental redevelopment was deemed non-essential. No significant changes have occured to our
knowledge.Also note Lot A was sold to Parktnck& Emilia Schmidt.
When requesting an extension of time for an existing variance, the applicant must prove that the circumstances upon which the original
