ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION
In the matter of the request for a lot line adjustment PB App. #2019I057
Garramone Property
35 Clubhouse Drive, Clubhouse Estates
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
To approve the proposed lot line adjustment between 35 Clubhouse Dr. ( 178.60-2- 10) and 77 Crescent Ave.
( 178. 16- I - 15) as per survey dated July 30, 2016 with revision date of May 24, 2019 with the following conditions:
This approval shall not be construed so as to confer any right or authority upon any person with
respect to any building or structure, or part thereof, located within the designated scenic
easement area.
2. It is the responsibility of both property owners to determine whether any private rules/restrictive
covenants may apply within the scenic easement area.
3. This lot line adjustment shall be plainly indicated in corrective deeds between the two adjacent
property owners, and said deeds shall be duly filed in the Saratoga County Clerk's Office.
Please include the above conditions of approval on the final plat and submit two mylar and two paper copies of
the final plat (with conditions) for signature by the Planning Board Chair.
The Chair of the Planning Board finds that, in accordance with Article V of the Subdivision Regulations, the
requested action is a minor amendment to existing lots; therefore, the request for the lot line adjustment, is
approved.
