RE: Scope of Work—Vinyl Window Replacement
Home Depot will be installing (4)vinyl replacement windows. There will be no changes to
structure of openings and windows will be of like sizes and functionality. They will all be
Simonton 6100 series windows and the U-Factor is .30. Two (2)windows will be located in the
living room at the front of the house, and (2)will be in the basement located in the back of the
house. The existing windows are metal, color is white. The proposed windows are vinyl, color is
white. The existing living room windows (#15 & 16) have grids. The proposed living room
windows do not have grids. The existing basement windows (#11 & 12) do not have grids, nor
will the proposed windows have grids. New interior and exterior stops will be installed and the
exterior window casings will be capped in PVC coated aluminum.
