In response to the Zoning Board's request for additional information, I provide the following numerical
breakdown of the coverages for the application as currently submitted :
Principal Residence:
Includes the overall footprint, including carport, covered deck, front porch, front steps (all have a 1'-0"
overhang), scapewell (basement egress), AC unit, and pool equipment.
Total coverage = 3. 169 s.f. = 29.6%
Accessory Structures:
Pool water = 16' x 23' = 368 s.f.
Detached Garage = 30' x 28' = 840 s.f.
Total Accessory Coverage = 1,208 s,f, = 11.3%
Total Lot Coverage = 40.9% vs. (40% allowable)
