The building coverage is calculated as a percentage of the entire lot area. In
other words, what percent of the lot does the principal building cover? When
you figure out the area of the principal building, this number should be the total
area of the existing house and the proposed secondary structure, including any
roof eaves, porches, decks, steps, etc.
No need to fill out anymore paperwork, just send me the the percentage (or
even just the area works and I can calculate).

Hi Amanda,
I'm just touching base to see if you got my messages. Can you please explain
to me how I should calculate the principal building coverage? And, is there
anything else I should do for the shed and the original application? Am I
supposed to fill out more paperwork? The September meeting is approaching
and I just want to make sure I have time to do everything necessary. Please

principal structure.
