A. APPLICATIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION
I. App.#20200574/17.074 EXCELSIOR PARK PROJECT, Excelsior Ave. &Ormandy Ln., Initiation of
Coordinated SEQRA Review for a proposed mixed-use development including 163 residential
units, 36,200 sq. ft. of commercial space, and a 60-room hotel with restaurant within the T-4 &T-5
Districts.
ACTION: Motion to coordinate SEQRA review and to seek lead agency status—passed 7-0.
2. APP.#20180203/18.016 ANW HOLDINGS, INC.SUBDIVISION MODIFICATION, Birch & Hyde Sts.,
subdivision modification to a previously approved three-lot subdivision to remove a condition of
approval to permit removal of an existing silver maple tree at 13 Birch St.
ACTION: Public hearing remains open; application adjourned for additional information.
ACTION: Motion to approve draft meeting minutes as amended—September 10—passed 7-0.
