Ei Issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on July 30, 2020 Ei Issued preliminary subdivision plat approval of a 15-lot conservation subdivision as per the requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations with the following conditions: • Final conservation easement language shall include reciprocal rights of enforcement by all property owners and shall be approved by the City Attorney. • Shared driveway easement language to be approved by the City Attorney. • Conservation area ownership and maintenance shall be approved by DPW and the City Attorney. • Appropriate level of insurance coverage for the holders of the conservation easement (private landowners of lots I and 15) shall be to the satisfaction of the City Attorney. This insurance coverage will be required in perpetuity to protect the city from any/all liability associated with the public trail traversing the property. This approval shall expire one ( I ) year from the date of approval if final plat approval has not been granted as set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations Article II .
