The Queen Anne style house was built circa 1910. It is a contributing building to the West Side Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Board of Directors Adam N.Favro The Foundation is pleased that the owner is removing the aluminum siding and will President repair the existing historic wood siding and trim. It is also pleased that the snow James Gold slides will be replaced with copper. The Foundation does not object to the Vice President replacement of the door located on the first story of the two-story bay of the west Linda Harvey-Opiteck facade with a wood window. The Foundation also understands the need for ADA Secretary accessibility. Therefore, it does not object to the ramp that can be removed in the Dmitriy Yennolayev future if it is no longer necessary. Sandra Fox • If replacement is necessary, the shouldmatch thi original design, size, John Haller roofe or Liz Israel shape, material and texture or should be based on historic evidence. Removing a historic chimney in good repair is strongly discouraged. Executive Director • Any repairs should match the original in shape, material, and color.
