Amanda; As per our conversation last Friday, I am re-submitting revised plans and elevations for the zoning application of 54 G ra n ite Street. As you know, it was on the agenda in July and we heard comments from the Board. Due to the concern of having a full bathroom on the second floor, the Owner/Applicant has decided to remove the shower and is just proposing to have a powder room (1/2 bath) on the second floor. Attached are the proposed plans which reflect the change. We would like to be placed on the next meeting agenda. If you need anything further, please let me know.
