As per our conversation last Friday, I am re-submitting revised plans and elevations for the zoning application of
54 G ra n ite Street.
As you know, it was on the agenda in July and we heard comments from the Board.
Due to the concern of having a full bathroom on the second floor, the Owner/Applicant has decided to remove
the shower and is just proposing to have a powder room (1/2 bath) on the second floor.
Attached are the proposed plans which reflect the change. We would like to be placed on the next meeting
agenda.
