parcel#165.51-2-46,within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617,the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
0 Type II action-exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives,standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article
240-73 Architectural Review,the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on September 2,
2020:
E1 Approve with the following conditions:
Applicant to increase size of balusters: 21/4 x 21/4, at least;to use a heavier top rail milled with 'peak' along center•,
final details to be reviewed administratively.
Note:this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote:motion to approve made by LDiCarlo,seconded by LMechem: passed 6-0
In favor: TEhinger, LDiCarlo, CBennett, LMechem, RDuBoff,ESheehan
As a result of this decision,the applicant:
