two-lot residential subdivision in the Urban Residential—4 (UR-4) District.
ACTION: Motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration—passed 7-0.
ACTION: Motion to approve final plat with conditions—passed 7-0.

202-unit affordable housing project in the Transect—4 Urban Neighborhood District.
