c) Relief will be required for finished space in an accessory structure.
- We request relief to allow for the owner's personal art studio above the detached garage. Including a
toilet and sink in the space will allow for an adequate and accessible facility that provides basic functions
for human needs and a sanitizing hand washing station for both toilet needs and for cleaning art supplies.
