And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board issued the following decision on July 16, 2020: Issue 90-day extension from expiration date of the fourth approval extension Note: - This represents the fifth extension of the subdivision approval and will expire August 15, 2020 - All other conditions of the original approval, granted on November 15, 2018 shall apply.
