NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #20191001 of:
Agius Subdivision
Tomahawk Lane
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #192. 12-1 -53 & 36, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an
application for an approval extension of a three-lot residential subdivision in an Suburban Residential - 2
(SR-2) District with the Planning Board who met on June 25, 2020 and made the following decision(s) with
a 7-0 vote (In favor: Torpey, Horton, Fabozzi, Boivin, Bonitatibus, Mayo, Jenks):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on June 25, 2020:
Issue 90-day extension from expiration date of subdivision approval
Note:
- This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval and will expire August 28, 2020 if not
further extended.
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on November 21 , 2019 shall apply.
