PH) 518-587-3550 Fx) 518-580-9480 , ' b , `''' WWW.SARATOGA-SPRINGS.ORG Kathleen O'Connor, alternate 'ORAT'E0 #20200240 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF PETER AND DEBORAH CRIPPEN I I VAN RENSSELAER STREET SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY 12866 Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not materially differ from the original application and approval, and that there have been no significant changes in the condition of the property or neighborhood warranting otherwise, the Board moves that the application of Peter and Deborah Crippen for the premises at I I Van Rensselaer Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcel # 165.57-2- 10 granted on September 10, 2018 for proposed additions to an existing single-family residence including master suite addition, dining room addition, and carport be approved, and that the variance approval be extended for 18 months from the date that such resolution would have expired, March , 2020, with the new expiration date to be September I I , 2021 . The Board notes that the applicants have withdrawn their request for the dining room addition thereby reducing the areas of relief previously granted. The revised variance shall expire on September I I , 2021 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Zoning Ordinance, or otherwise further extended. The request for the dining room addition has been withdrawn by the applicant. Adopted by the following vote: AYES: 7 (K. Kaplan, B. Gallagher, C. Grey, G. Simpson, C. Mills, M. Gutch, S.
