Jennifer- This is relative to tonight's Zoning Board meeting, for which the subject project is the first item on the agenda. Subsequent to the original ZBA approval on Sept. 10, 2018, the Owners have made some changes to the building footprint as follows; 1. The Dining Room addition has been removed, making the Marvin Street front yard setback 14 ft. instead of 4.5 ft., and eliminating the need for relief for that item. 2. The principal building coverage has been reduced from 49% to 47.4%, changing the relief requested for that item from 19% (63%) to 17.4% (58%). The reliefs requested for the Carport side yard setback, and for the total side yard set back, do not change from the original Application. I assume these revisions will be in the Applicant's favor and will not complicate this request for an extension of the original approval.
