Does the Developer plan 5 single family homes in keeping with the character of Louden Meadows or is the plan to build multi-family homes? Jennifer, My name is Amerigo Bocchi, I reside at 4 Alfred Court, Saratoga Springs. I am sending you this email to register my opposition to the lot size reduction that is being proposed in this Loudon Road Subdivision. Loudon Meadows is a unique development and a density increase of twenty percent (20%), decreases green space and is not in the best interest or is it fair to the homeowners that live here. The true definition , as I understand it, of a conservation subdivision is to increase green space , reduce tree cutting and reduce building density. This proposal does just the opposite. I feel the applicant was aware of the lot restrictions before purchasing this property and this proposal is not to improve our development but instead to increase profit.
