involving Architectural Review of exterior reconstruction of an existing national/state register structure within the
Urban Residential-3 district, tax parcel #165.51-2-68 within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR Type II
action – exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article
240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on May 13, 2020:
Approve with the following conditions:
The applicant will submit details for front porch post columns to be approved administratively.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
