I would like to make the Baard aware of a few concerns and b�come apart of the record during the meeting regarding this praposal as follaws: 1) I currently have a 5 year I�ase to use the existing gar�ge which has the apartment above directly behind the main house at 46 Seward 5t. It appe�rs by the proposal that th� avuner is planning an retaining this buil�eng so my lease will still be useable. If the Board choose� to have this building remov�d as part af their appro�al then the owner will need to pastpone this part until my lease if fulfilled.
