are as follows:
1. Seems to be a discrepancy whether the proposed dwelling is
going to k�e a 1 or 2 family?

2. When vwe loak oe�t our side window or sitting on our front
porch and looking to the right, same will be potentially blocked
by a garage. 1� this a single story garage?7
Is there going to be an apartment or li�ing space above?
3. Currently there is a hedge between our property and theirs.
Is this gaing to remain? If they remove it, then there wiii be 2
driveways running side by side of one anoiher (theirs and ours}
We would iike a barrier o# some sart to remain.
4. The setback for the proposed garage seems to violate the
rear yard setback o�25' and tha s�de yard setback of 20'.
